MaxMySales respects your right to privacy. You can request permanent deletion of all personal data associated with your account at any time.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon a verified request, we will permanently delete or anonymise the following data linked to your account:
- Account profile information (name, email address, phone number)
- WhatsApp Business API credentials and configuration
- Message logs, campaign history, and broadcast records
- Contact lists, tags, and custom attributes
- Chatbot flows and automation settings
- Billing records, excluding data required for statutory compliance
- Any analytics or usage data tied to your account
How the Process Works
Submit Request — Fill in the form below or email us directly at ram@maxmysales.com.
Identity Verification — We will verify ownership of the account within 2 business days.
Deletion Executed — All eligible data is permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.
Confirmation Sent — You will receive an email confirming the deletion is complete.
Data We Are Required to Retain
Certain data may be retained for limited periods where required by law or legitimate business interests:
- Financial records — Invoice and payment data retained for 7 years as required under Indian GST regulations.
- Legal obligations — Data required in response to a court order, law-enforcement request, or regulatory audit.
- Fraud prevention — Anonymised signals used to prevent abuse, without linking back to your identity.
