How does MaxMySales pricing work?
You pick a plan (Growth, Pro or Premium) on a quarterly or annual term. Prices are shown as an effective per-month rate and charged once per term (annual is the best value). Pricing shows in INR by default and USD on toggle. On top of your plan, WhatsApp charges a per-message conversation fee set by Meta based on country and message type. Need 5 lakh+ messages a month or AI voice calling at scale? Our Enterprise plan is custom, so book a call.
What are the WhatsApp per-message charges?
WhatsApp conversation charges are set by Meta and billed separately from your plan. For India: Marketing ₹1.09, Utility ₹0.145 and Authentication ₹0.145 per message, while Service conversations (replies within the 24-hour customer window) are free. Rates vary by your customer’s country.
Can I pay in Indian Rupees?
Yes. INR is our primary currency and you can pay via UPI, NEFT, credit card or Razorpay. You can switch the displayed currency to USD at any time.
What is the difference between the plans?
Growth is for teams launching WhatsApp marketing with broadcasts, retargeting and a shared team inbox. Pro adds priority support, faster sending, number masking and a full report suite for growth marketers. Premium unlocks maximum scale — up to 200 agents, 1,000 messages/sec, enterprise segmentation and a dedicated account manager. Enterprise is fully custom for 5 lakh+ messages a month and AI voice calling at scale.

Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees. Onboarding and white-glove migration of templates and contacts are included, and most businesses go live on the official WhatsApp Business API within 24 to 48 hours.
